  • HES (LIFE FITS INTO HOME) CODE

    All guests with reservation are required to follow all measures taken by the relevant institutions, particularly the property, Ministry of Health, local institutions/authorities and to provide all information requested including HES (Life Fits Into Home) Code to the property within the scope of those measures. Some of the services to be provided to the guests may be ceased in case of non-compliance with the measures. The property shall not be held responsible for any adverse situation arising from the non-compliance of the guests with the measures taken within the scope of Covid-19.

    Within the scope of Covid-19 measures taken by the relevant public institutions to protect the health of the guests, HES Code query will be made to the guests during the check-in. The property may refuse to accept the diagnosed or contacted guests as a result of the inquiry, may take them to the isolation room, may request their exit from the property or may carry out other transactions deemed necessary within the frame of regulations of the relevant public institutions.

  • GENERAL WARNINGS

    The property serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from luxury and renowned brands with its new beverage concept.

    Water sports jetty is available to guests aged 16 and over. Children are not allowed on this jetty.

    Couples who want to benefit from the honeymoon package must show their marriage certificate at check-in for their stays within one month from the date of marriage.

    Check-in to Villa Sun Flower rooms starts from 02.00 pm. Check-out time from the rooms is 12.00 pm at the latest (for new guests). Use of outdoor spaces that provide service at the property depends on the weather conditions. Pets aren’t allowed at the property.

    2 + 2 or 3+1 stays in the rooms except for the family rooms or some special rooms may cause disorder in the room and additional beds provided may not be comfortable as much as the existing beds.

     All-Inclusive stays at the property start with dinner, include dinner as many nights as the number of nights stayed and end with lunch on the check-out day.

    If the room to be stayed is one of the special type rooms like family room, suite etc., no refund will be made if any of the guests leave the property early.

Beach: The beach number 4 at Kleopatra beach is the hotel's own private beach. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the beach and from the beach to the hotel.

Shuttle service times:

From Hotel to beach: 09:00 – 09:30 – 10:00 – 10:30

From Beach to hotel: 16:00 – 16:30

Beach service hours may vary according to the season. Please inquire at the reception.

The hotel has 3 adult pools and 2 children pools.
